I love Kathy She is the best hands down!!!! love the company they work with you as long as you communicate with them. They will have your back. I have had my car for 3 years and the only thing I have had to get fix was the breaks. My notes are reasonable and am almost done 4 months left and papa smurf is mine. Thank you bay area's finest auto. Good company and customer service.

I bought a car from here August last year. They are very helpful when I can’t pay my payment at times especially Kathy. Go see her if you need help with getting a car and if you want excellent customer service. By past the bad reviews and go check it out for yourself because that’s what I did :) They got me back Rolling when all other dealerships turned me away!!

So I just saw a reply from someone named Miguel who replied to my review and said that I didnt buy a car there.... All lies. Its funny how when I had to do payments for my 2005 Grey Dodge Neon (remember now??), I was a valued costumer but now that I paid off the payments “I didnt purchase a car”. I was told the car didnt get in an accident.. Lie. It did and someone rearanged the car and never put AC in it. The car had no seat belts in the back, the breaks were loose, and kept dying on me 1 week after I purchased the car. Should I post pictures of the car I brought that says “Richmond Finest Auto”? I would give them negative stars if I could.Do not buy a car from here they will rip you off. They are money hungry and do not care about the customers. They will sell you dreams if they could they do not check the cars they just clean them and put a bunch of bull in your ear. Beware of this car dealership and any that are associated with them.
