Wanted to share my experience with Sir Carlos Lopez and the Whole Bay City Mechanical Team! I have always been pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness Carlos and the Service team provides, supplying critical system repair proposals in a timely fashion. Carlos is always the 1st to jump in and volunteer his time, energy and funding for Engineering Lunch and learns to build our Local #39 and the AFE Emerging professional community! Bay City Mechanical has always been incredibly helpful and reliable. Every time we've needed their service, they've been on time and ready to go. Carlos, in particular, has been amazing. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt inclined to after dealing with the customer service department at Bay City Mechanical Their customer service is top-notch, and they really make the experience effortless for their customers. A special shoutout to Brittney who was the team member that helped me. She was incredibly nice, super helpful, and genuinely funny, which made the whole process so enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so personable and efficient. Highly recommend working with her and this team!
