Went there to do inspection for the car but the guy there told me that I need to come another day and leave the car for two hours to inspect it. Inspection will definitely not take 2 hours. Seems that they will not wiling to do the job because it doesn’t not worth for them.

When I think of mechanic shops and the reputation they have, I can’t help but compare them to car dealerships, using the same deceptive tactics that make customers feel misled. I had high hopes going to Chris’s shop, but unfortunately, I ended up being taken advantage of. NONE of the repairs he performed resolved my vehicle’s overheating issue, and to make matters worse, none of the parts he replaced actually needed to be changed. This is a textbook example of a mechanic chasing a quick payout instead of genuinely trying to fix the problem and earn a lifelong customer’s trust. Had my regular mechanic not been away on vacation, I would have never gone here — and I will never return. My suspicions grew when I noticed the invoice didn’t show the actual part costs. Took my car there very unprofessional my car was sitting there for 5 days while there were supposed have it done in a day lack of communication. When I go to tell the owner my bad experience with his workers telling me he going to have it done and not committing to his word his response was “ oh well you had a bad experience it is what it is I can’t do back and change it .” Kept cutting me of as I’m trying to explain my experience.

Jim is a knowledgeable and fair mechanic, he has maintained all our vehicles for 20 years. Can't ask for more than honest pricing and quality service.
