I purchased my first Ram from these guys. Ram 2500 diesel. So far, so good. Love the truck, and the sales rep named Bud made everything smooth. A lot of sales guys will give you false information to get you to come in. What Bud told me on the phone stayed correct. Never had a hiccup. Once I arrived, the truck was waiting, and they wrote the sale up, and I was out of there. Thank you guys, and especially Bud. The whole team was great.

Disappointing Experience – Deal Pulled Away After Agreement I came to this dealership with the intention of supporting a local business for a change. I spent hours working with Todd, who did an excellent job—professional, helpful, and easy to work with. We came to an agreement on a vehicle, and I was provided a written offer. The financing terms they initially offered were expensive, so I let them know I’d be using my credit union and planned to finalize after the Memorial Day weekend. I asked them to contact me Tuesday, but I ended up following up myself that afternoon and again on Wednesday. That’s when I was told the car had been sold out from under me.
