These guys are the balls man! Struggled for a month trying to find down pipe converter for my 02 B3000 because they dont make them anymore. Gave these guys a call they MADE A CUSTOM FIT IN LITERALLY A ONE DAY TURN AROUND! I am still blown away at the quality craftsmanship and how quick the turn around was i dropped it off and picked it up next day ready to go. Pricing was amazing the most affordable ive ever seen for this kind of work.I will be using these guys and there team for everything going forward and i will always recommend them to anyone who asks! 100/100 !
I came here to have my exhaust customized and made louder for my personal enjoyment and Bay State Muffler was just Fantastic. I asked for advise based on what I was looking to get and I they guided me through and got my appointment for less than a handful of days later that worked for me! The work was done well and in a timely manner when the day came, and we made sure to be on the same page before proceeding! The staff was really sweet, respectful and helpful along the way! My car's exhaust note does not fail to make me smile now!! I'll send everyone I know here for Custom Exhaust work!!

We had our 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee serviced by Bay state, nothing but class. The owner has to be the most personable guy I have met in a long time. Felt like we were in good hands from the time we walked in the door till completion. He explained everything that was in question and gave us a more than reasonable cost to repair. Highly recommend this business.
Honest and efficient. Had an appointment at 11 am and the vehicle was ready in less than 2 hours. (New muffler and rotted flange/flex replacement) Excellent welding work. Thanks dan.
