Many shops in the area have parts changers, the code said this so I'm going to slap this part on, this shop has technicians, they are going to give you an accurate diagnosis, and only fix what is required. I've had two vehicles serviced here, both times George exceeded my expectations, treated me fairly, gave me a clear plan of action, took the time to go over all of my concerns, and fixed only what was needed. His technicians took the time to troubleshoot my vehicles when others would or could not

I had my wives 2022 explorer serviced here a few months ago. I searched all around for the best transmission shop and read alot of reviews. I have to say I had a great experience at this shop and the work has stood up as being done correctly. I came in to have all the fluids (transmission and differential) serviced as a way if being preventative since me and my wife drive alot. The staff at Bay Ave Transmissions were open and honest about the work they were willing to perform and the scope of it. Work was completed on time and on budget. And they looked the whole vehicle over as well. Transmissions are a tricky thing on a car. I now trust them to service all my cars Transmissions.
