Bayleigh Chase

For this time of life it is the best. We came here as my husband was in decline. He was very happy here in our cottage and with the new friends we made. As he required more assistance in Willowbrook Court the care was outstanding ! He died at Willowbrook Court in the care of hospice and my family and I will always be grateful for the outstanding quality of care, medical, compassion, comfort, facility, everything!

I’ve been at BayLeigh Chase since February 2025. I am so grateful that God, and my daughter led me here to be able to experience life today as I want to live it. I was unable to do that before and the reasons I can do it now is because of an outstanding staff who cares and who seems to love their job and their service for us.

A+++ my mom was brought into Acts (WillowBrook) about a week ago. I can’t thank the staff enough for taking such good care of her. Ellen, who made it possible to get her in. The nurse’s and assistants - Dawn, Kimberly, Cassidy, Ted, Brandy, Josh and everyone else, I’m sorry I don’t have all the names. Again, thank you from all my heart.

Mike the community technologist is a jewel. Very patient, knowledgeable and kind. PJ very amiable and efficient.

my MOM is there for the last two years. She is generally happy but complains a lot about the quality of the meals. The nursing and support staff are terrific . They are COVID active having had a couple incidents from the outside workers. The did everything in their CCD requirements to keep the residents safe! I would recommend them to anyone needing security in the quality of care. (maybe not the meals)
