Been waiting on my car to be fixed for 8 months now. Needed a new transmission I paid 1500.00 down for parts. They tried 2 transmissions that didn't work and then let my car sit. I purchased a transmission from up north had it delivered to their shop at my expense. Transmission has been waiting for 2 months to be put in. His son quit and he is very far behind on repairs. He will pit you off via phone or outwardly lie about the car.

My experience was absolutely awful! They had my car for a week, never called to tell me anything, I always had to call them. I was never given a definitive answer as to what was wrong. I explained to Pete, that the car would start shaking in the front sometimes when I accelerated. He told me that I wouldn't hear something that day from them, NO CALL! That was a Thursday when I dropped it off. Monday I called & explained my frustration about not receiving a call Thursday, which is what I was told. So, now he tells me that I needed a tune up. I explained that it just had a tune up the week before. Pete says, we'll check it out again. It's Wednesday now & I'm really disappointed! I called Wednesday, now he tells me that my motor is gone! I told him that I'll pick it up tomorrow. I get there

Brought my Honda Pilot to them because my a/c wasn't working properly. They failed to fix the issue. They intentionally caused damage to my vehicle and blamed it on me. They also stripped my tensioner belt bolt and lost a bolt that held my alternator wiring harness in place. 0/10, would not recommend unless you want your car in worse condition than you brought it to them.

This place is an absolute joke. After being in the Auto repair business for 30+ year's myself I can't believe they are even still in business at all. As I was dropping my vehicle off I overheard conversations of two other customers who were there to pick up their vehicles and take them somewhere else to be worked on because the work promised had not yet even begun. So....4 hours later I stopped by to check on my vehicle and low and behold it was sitting in the same place I left it, with a promise they would get right on it. I went into the office to inquire about my vehicle and no one was there to answer any questions but my keys and info I filled out was still laying where I left them. Took my keys and my vehicle and left. No one ever called me to see what happened to my vehicle

Brought my 09 Honda Pilot in because the AC wasn't working after an alternator replacement. They quickly found that it was a blown fuse and fixed it, but offered to do additional troubleshooting for additional problems that we were not having. We declined. When we picked it up the AC still was not working, so we brought it back, and they then said that there was a hole in the AC condenser core. There was not a hole in the condenser core when we brought it in, so this happened when it was on their lot. We fixed the condenser core ourselves. Flash forward 6 months and we have to take the drive belt off again, only to find that they stripped the tensioner assembly so bad that we could not release the tension on the belt.
