Bayou Mobile Mechanic

Very nice guy and great mobile mechanic. Spencer was on time and communicated well. After months of trying to figure out why my Jeep wouldn’t start he was able to figure it out quickly. Reasonably priced compared to large auto shops and dealerships. The fact that I didn’t have to get my Jeep towed and he was able to come to me was also worth it! Would recommend to anyone.

I was super lucky finding such a great mechanic. Spencer answered my call immediately, and came quickly to fix my truck so I could get back on the road again. He was incredibly professional, fast, and reasonable with his price. I made sure to save Bayou Mobile to my phone in case of my next emergency and would highly recommend him to anybody! You want a great mobile mechanic? Someone who will diligently work to solve the problem AND go above and beyond with the service provided. I needed some brakes done and this man was got me repaired next day, for a very fair price. When he found i had received the wrong brake rotors, he went and exchanged them for me. He had to go to two different stores to get it done. He worked so hard on my vehicle. I applaud him for being so awesome. Thank you again.

Wow! I have never used a mobile mechanic service before but desperate times call for desperate measures. I was not disappointed. Spencer called me back very quickly and I told him the issues I was dealing with and he was on his way to help. He showed up within an hour and replaced my battery. I am so pleased with the service I received and will continue to use Bayou Mobile for my other car needs. Thank you again for amazing service. Top Notch!!

As it happens, the serpentine belt in my car also fell apart, and Mister Spencer very easily installed the replacement for us. He was very nice and efficient, he answered all of our questions and explained what the issues were and how to handle then over time. Mister Spencer also diagnosed another issue with the alternator and went above and beyond to help us out replacing it so we could get home. I super duper appreciate mister Spencer coming out in the heat and helping us out, and for a super reasonable repair and service call fee. I will definitely be recommending Bayou Auto to more people in my area. I’m also looking forward to working with this gentleman again.
