Very unprofessional establishment. Brought my car in for a diagnostic. Dusty at the front desk nor the mechanic took any information on the problems I had with the car. I was told the guy who did the diagnostic has been told not to do them because he can't make the repairs. No one with mechanical knowledge went over the recommended repairs with me. I couldn't make all of the repairs and agreed to what I could. I stated many times, I understood if they wouldn't warranty the work due to my not doing all the recommendations. Dusty in the office is very rude. When challenged on conflicting information and questioned about changes that weren't discussed with me, she hung up on me and told me they wouldn't make the repairs and to pick up my car after they had it for 2 1/2 days. Always fast and friendly. I had a nail/tack in the white wall of my tire. The young gentleman said he would not dare to trust putting me back on the road with that tire and offered to put on my spare. They order my new tire and had it ready for 7a the next day before my business opened. Could not have been happier.

The technician Mr. CHRIS is a top tier professional that took pride in servicing my truck to 100 % satisfaction.
