I pulled up to Eddie’s Tire Shop thinking I was about to take a $700+ punch to the wallet… and walked out GRINNING. They patched my run-flat tire quickly, professionally, and saved me from having to buy a whole new one. The customer service? Top-tier. They were kind, honest, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of trying to upsell me. If you want a shop that treats you like a human and not a dollar sign, go to Eddie’s. They earned a lifelong customer today.
They took great care of me. It was 40 degrees outside and he had someone in front of me at 9am. He got to me 15 minutes later and replaced and balanced 2 tires within 30 minutes. He was so pleasant to deal with. New tires are great with no vibrations. Price was also great compared to the big boys. This place may not be fancy like the others but they know what they are doing and have great customer service. Thanks Eddie and gang! Call them before to be sure they have the tires you need in stock. If not, they can order it for you and have them ready within a few days.
I went over there looking for a tire no shop around that. They had the tire and very condition I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very friendly service and polite. People definitely will be coming back. Highly recommended
I stopped here because my tires were low during a cross country relocation. Eddie was warm, welcoming, and caring. He immediately addressed my concern. It seemed that I just needed air from the temperature change. He checked and filled all my tires. When I asked how much I owed him, he declined and wished me a safe drive on my cross country journey. If I lived here, this place would be my one and only source for all things tire related. Genuine kindness is rare to find these days. I found that today at this tire shop. Thank you Eddie!
Woke up to a flat tire and Eddie’s was the closest tire shop, open on a Sunday. I was in and out in under 10 min for a tire repair. I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The 2 guys working were super sweet!
