Bayou State Tire

I got a gift for my birthday of 2 new tires. They called and told me to go to Bayou State and they'd install them. I went there and found the guy to talk to. He was really a polite and respectful guy. It was a very hot day and he took me to the Customer Lounge. Very nice area. They had me finished in 10-15 minutes and I was outta there. Yesterday I had to go to doctor and my low pressure light came on. I went to Bayou and they checked all my tires and adjusted them. In and out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I bought 4 new tires and had an alignment there, and nothing but problems since. I've went back repeatedly, only to still have issues. The final straw was going back Friday being told my tires needed to be balanced again, that maybe there machine didn't work correctly last time. They balanced 3 tires, telling me they couldn't do the final one, front driver tire due to a broken lug. They are the only ones that have messed with for a month now. Why wasn't I told before the lug was broken, and that a second one was about to break? How did yakl bakance it 2 weeks ago if that kug supposedly been broken? Well, Saturday my entire tire almost came off because the only lug holding it in place was the nearly broken lug! They loosened the other lugs and forgot to tighten them back! Not only poor serv

Mr. Paul Rougeau and Kenny Lafleur are a fantastic team at Bayou State Tire! I called in to them in a panic because I had a flat the night before and was rolling on a doughnut tire. Mr. Paul said to head on over as soon as I got off of work and Kenny would take care of it -- no worries. ---- Kenny was very kind and understanding of my anxiety. He repaired my tire, checked ALL of my tires, aired up my doughnut and gave me some pointers on staying safe with my tires! Wonderful, wonderful service! I would highly recommend this place to everyone, but especially my friends that are single women and to my daughters. It's nice to be a place where they treat you so well and don't make you feel crazy! Thank you BAYOU STATE TIRE!!

Great service, prices and friendly staff. These guys have a great tire service. I had a blowout on my fifth wheel RV. They came to me with tools in hand. Put on my spare then pointed out to me that the tires on my RV were not sufficient for the size and weight of my RV. Well considering this was the 3rd blowout I’ve had this year I suspected they were on to something. After a little research online I verified what they told me. Unfortunately they people who put the last set on did not know much about RVs and tires. So I had BST change them all including the spare. When he gave me the price I was pleasantly surprised. I went here last week with a nail in my tire, I pulled up, bays were full so I patiently parked in front and waited. About 20 minutes went by and no one came out so I went inside talked to the counter man. Another 40 minutes and I was seen about my truck. Took them about an hour from that point and they charged $25. Alright, all good because I got my tire patched. Today, I’m on my way back to New Mexico (my place of work) and 6 miles outside of Shreveport my tire starts leaking air! I thought I caught another nail so I pulled into the only open tire shop on a Sunday morning. They showed me the leak was because Bayou didn’t replace my valve stem cap 🤦🏻‍♂️ Very simple thing to replace when you take it off, but since they didn’t I’m now having to pay another $30 for a diagnostic and replaceme
