BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT PRACTICES Brought my Altima here in June for diagnostics for AC issues blowing warm air. Hours later I received a call from Jay stating that he found 2 leaks with a dye test and they had been fixed, along with a recharge and that I could come pick up the car the charge was $420. I did not get any calls or contact before work was done on my car. I also did not sign anything prior giving permission to work on my vehicle while it was there, I had simply dropped it off to be diagnosed. Since he stated it had been fixed already, I paid and left. The next morning, the air was blowing warm again so I called Bayside back, I was given an appt for the following week so I had to endure a heatwave with basically no AC during that time. Upon that next visit, I was told another leak

I started out bringing my work trucks here because it's within walking distance from my home. Not long after, I began bringing my personal vehicles here. Now, this is the only place I will take any vehicle, work or personal. My office switches out my trucks when maintenance is needed, just so I can bring the trucks here.

Honest mechanics are hard to come by … jay and his team are the best. I brought my car to him with some really serious problems. They took their time and did the job right.
