Took my son to buy a used car which he had researched when he told me they had one in stock. From the time we walked in through the entire transaction, we spent 3 hours total including the negotiating a fair price for both parties and lunch in Annapolis. These guys are on top of their game. Very happy i made the trip from South Jersey to buy my 26 Ram 1500 Tungsten from Bayside. My sales person Ciarra was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and had every thing ready for me when i got to the dealership. The best thing about dealing with Ciarra along with the GM, Kenny was they didn't put any pressure on me to buy from them. My husband and I came to Bayside and purchased a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe at a great price. I worked with Elisha via text through out the day. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She took her time and made sure I was taken care of. We went back and forth looking at different vehicles that were in my price range. She was able to send me my credit application ahead of time so I knew exactly what I was approved for before going into the dealership.
