I had a great experience here! They really took care of me. I called asking for an oil change and they were willingly to do it the next day. I came in and they were very nice and did the oil change really quickly. I also didn’t know that my vehicle warranty gave me 2 free oil changes. They did the oil change with my warranty. Usually places will try to charge u as much as they can but they really care!

Though I only needed my first oil change on my new Ram 1500 Warlock, the service was quick and thorough. Ethan, at the service department of Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, is very informative and helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with all of the amenities. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

These guys in the service dept at bayside are awesome and top notch. Service advisor Ethan for getting all my fleet vehicles checked in to service tech dickie for working on numerous vehicles with all kinds of issues. Hats off to both of them. You have my service always. Keep up the good work.

My son’s car was there for 4 months. I had to call to always receive updates and always received the same excuse. The sad thing is the part that needed to fix the car, which is the very last one they did, is what they said may be it and was the last one to be replaced. I was told the diagnostic fee was $200 and then was charged $400 because they said they had to do more work to find the problem. If they would have just replaced the part they said from the beginning I would not have had to pay an extra $200 for diagnostics and I would not have had Tonya extra money for the first part they replaced and was not needed. Troy and the shop foreman were great. Answered all my questions and diagnosed my Jeep. Unfortunately due to minor clause in my extended warranty I was not able to get the work done right away but will be back to have the work done there. Top notch service and great atmosphere, highly recommend Bayside!
