Bayside Kia of Waldorf Service

I took my mother's KIA van in for an oil change and tire rotation and was prepared to use a coupon. However, during checkout, I was surprised to be told it would cost $0.00. The Service person took it upon himself to check the KIA system and discovered that my mother purchased her van at another KIA dealership that had provided her with a number of free services as part of her van purchased. Bayside honored that! Thank you for going above and beyond.

I am disappointed in the service that i received with this service department. We had our car towed to this location due to our service insurance. The motor in our Kia Optima was in need of repair and was covered through our service insurance. We just had a problem with the motor. Once we receive our car back, the radio was black, couldn't use the radio or the backup camera. When we brought this issue to the mechanic, he stated " I guest i have to take your word for it". That is insulting, we are not a conmen. My husband and son made an appointment for the service department to take a look today and they said that we need a new radio and it cost $1000 to replace. We have to pay $1000 to replace a radio that was working before we put our car in this service department's hands. So disappoint

I bought my 20’ Jeep from Waldorf Kia and take it to their Service Center for maintenance or repairs. Ryan always keeps me updated on the status of the repairs as it happens. I especially appreciate the inspections which point out any worn parts and the condition of my tires or filters. That gives me peace of mind.

Staff is welcoming towards their customers. They provide easy to understand details about service completed and recommendations for your vehicle.

Always a great experience! I feel comfortable to just walk in with any questions I have and they are always going above and beyond to answer it. I don’t wait more than a few minutes to get service, though I have to say I always like going to Melanie because she is always great and knows my name and vehicle. Today I also had the pleasure of working with Joe. I had a weird situation and questions and he immediately went to work getting answers for me. A++ device.
