B&B Auto and Transmission Repair Service LLC

We have had B&B work on 2 of our vehicles recently. First was our son’s car, and they gave us a great price for a transmission replacement. Our truck needed mostly regular maintenance, and again treated us very fairly with the price. We received an estimate before 10am on the day we dropped it off, and picked it up the following day. We will continue to use B&B in the future. Great job guys!

I went to B&B because my car was missing. Real bad they told me that it was the oxygen sensors. So I had to pay to have those changed. It was not the oxygen sensors causing the problem. I took it back a second time. They told me that it was the converter. So I had to have a converter. Put on More money together. I paid $1700 from my car to be fixed and it was still missing. It was not fixed after $1700. They told me after all that it was the Turbo that needed replaced. So I got a second opinion. It was not the Turbo that was messed up on my car. It was the Ignition coil and the spark plugs. The Turbo is fine. I will not to return to that establishment. Just be careful, be on your guard

To tell you the truth, B&B is the most honest and friendliest place in Crawfordsville. They do what they say they are going to do and if they can't do it they will tell you they can't do it. How refreshing is that. They are reasonably priced. So far for me the labor has been less than the parts cost. Can't say that will be the case for everyone but that has been my experience. So I would highly recommend B&B for your Auto repairs. Harold Greer

Update Dave and I cannot express enough the quality of the care we receive at B&B Auto and Transmission. Brad provides top of the line service, he and his staff are courteous and professional and the quality of their work is top notch, unbeatable by competitors in this area. (Including the dealerships). If you want your vehicle to run great, Brad Barker and his team are the best around. We strongly recommend this place. I and my husband will be taking our vehicles there for absolutely any/all services. Highly recommend B&B. Outstanding in every imaginable way. From front office to auto care, they're top level awesome.

Wife's durango blew 2 tires so I had it towed to a name brand tire shop. When it got there, there was a broken control arm and cv axle on the front right assembly. Called Brad and told him what was going on. Meanwhile the tire shop wrote a quote without tires and Brad wrote a quote with tires. Brad beat the name brand place by $200 and as I said before he had included new tires on the invoice when the other shop hadn't. Turn around time was about 2 days when it got there and the biggest part of the time was spent waiting on parts. Zero complaints, great company, awesome staff.
