Called to speak with someone about availability for an estimate to adjust my aftermarket exhaust and I was quickly told "that's something he doesn't do." The lady speaking to me had no interest in providing other options and seemed like her primary objective was to get me off the phone. At the very least, make me feel welcome at your business and please tell me what you can do, not just refusing service and sending me on my way.

Roger is an exhaust wizard. He designed and bent a beautiful dual system for my ‘68 Mercury. He’s repaired my ‘08 Saturn. He even returned a ‘95 civic of mine back to factory specs about 20 years ago. Fast, quality, experienced workmanship at a fair price.

We drove 5 hours for a funeral, and then the car started sounding funny. We had a very tight timeline, but really weren't sure we could get home without getting it checked out.
