My son is at college in Brenham, 5hrs from home. His car broke down and called B&B for a tow and repair. They had his car towed to their shop, issue diagnosed and parts ordered within an hour of calling. Repaired and back on the road the next day. The tow professionals, Christina and her brother, were not only great at their job, but they went over and beyond to help my daughter and I to find a Toyota repair facility and a hotel for the night. They made quality suggestions, were respectful, kind, always professional, and patient with us. I am aged and have had several towing situations in my experience. They were the absolute BEST. I wish to thank them again for their consideration and kindness.

B&B did a great job getting my 2006 Infiniti M-35 back in service after it's alternator failed and had to be towed to their shop.

Recently we had to take our POS vehicle into an auto shop for resurrection and a friend mentioned BB Auto. Fortunately, we called, spoke to an employee, Rico, and eventually drove the car there.
