BBP Mechanic-Tire- Alignment

Took my old 99 ford ranger in for a front end alignment a few months ago. The price was very fair and they did an awesome job. My truck drives better than it ever has in the 6 years I have owned it. Thanks guys

Very knowledgeable, communicative and thorough! They recently completed a transmission rebuild on my 1976 Corvette! They kept me updated through the entire process, meticulously ensured the new parts were correct and of the best quality, even rejecting some of the rebuild parts that weren't up to their standards, at no additional cost to me. They also, while they were in there, made some recommendations to replace normal wear parts that saved me labor cost of tearing down the drive train a second time. Identified some shotty work from a previous Trans swap wear the shift knob enters the cabin and corrected that for me as well. They also alerted me to a small leak in my power steering cylinder that will need to be addressed. These guys know what they're doing! They care about their c

Don't take anything here. Was way over charged for slave cylinder line and the un professional cut my diaphragm that goes in my reservoir so now I got to go buy one off Amazon thanks wish I could give you a negative star because that's what you deserve,.....

This will be new mechanic and think anyone in Bedford might want to think about checking them out and switching. Called right before closing and they were able to get me in the next day. Also they answer the phone. You wouldn't think that would be a perk but I've found many businesses don't even bother. Very friendly. Went above and beyond. Great value. I will be returning! I cannot express enough how much stress this business took off me from a very stressful situation.

Extremely honest and very fair prices. Customer service is great! Even with parts being extremely difficult to find these days, they go above and beyond to find them. One of the ONLY places you should get an alignment from around here besides Big O Tire, if you want it done correctly.
