The team at B&C Auto Pros is exceptional. They quickly/flawlessly diagnosed my problem, clearly articulated the issue/fix to me, gave me a fair quote, and was able to take care of the job in a day. They really worked with my schedule. They were up front with me and made one additional recommendation on an issue I knew was coming up on my vehicle. I told him I would take care of it myself, and he didn't try to pressure me into having them do it. At the end of the day, they 100% took care of the issue I came to them with, and I would trust them to take care of just about anything else with my vehicles.

Disclaimer: I had a very bad experience with this business.. Even dough my radio was stolen there at B&C, time do heal pain. Beside The work performed on the Jeep wasn't bad ( installed ball joints, tires, alignment and brakes)actually did a great job. I really didn’t appreciate the fact they try to sell me $7500 axle! When my axle was perfectly fine. I went and got an alignment somewhere else with no issues. Hopefully since this Incident with my vehicle. B&C shop practices being honest, upfront, competent and better business practices with the customers.

Review long overdue. B&C have done nothing but provide exceptional service. They've done my exhaust work and installed my LumeX RGB badge that I've thought of doing the installation myself but their work far surpasses what I would've done and what any youtuber I've seen do. With all work done in multiple visits the only thing that was time consuming was the badge (7 hours to include exhaust adjustments) But, I will not and cannot hold it against them because of the attention to detail and for it being a unique mod and their first experience dealing with it.
