I can’t say enough good things about this towing company. From the moment I called, they were professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The driver arrived sooner than expected, handled my vehicle with great care, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Pricing was fair and everything was explained clearly. If you ever need a reliable towing service, this is the one to call. Highly recommend!

My apartment complex asked everyone to move their vehicles in order to redo the parking lots, I move my vehicle where I was told to and the towing company took it upon themselves to move my vehicle again (they especially parked it so wrong in two spots) Well they damaged my car, contacted them about it and they told me they took photos of the damage before they moved my vehicle but the photo they sent me was after they moved my vehicle. They were super ignorant on the phone about the situation and denied the damages. Horrible customer service and horrible job handling.

They are so poorly ran its harlious, ive been waiting over a week for a receipt they are refusing to send me, and the guy at the tow lot claimed he didn't even work there. They consistently break the law and refuse to admit when they are wrong.

A man came from this place, my mom parked her car blocking only my driveway for not even 5 minutes. She didn’t want to walk and asked me to park her car. I come out and the he just put the car on the hook. And refused to take it off after me requesting so much. These people lack humanity. On a holiday my entire family came out to request. But he just did not want to let it go. It was such a traumatizing experience. Beware of these people they charged me 125 a drop fee. Disgusting

B&C services is great! Second time I needed their help moving a vehicle. Both times everyone was kind, patient, caring, safe and punctual. Communication was great throughout. Colleen and Jon were awesome to deal with today. It wasn’t a straightforward hook and tow and I truly appreciate Jon’s patience and well thought out safe plan for the very old vehicle and numerous pieces he wasn’t expecting. He was pleasant throughout the entire transaction even when it got dark outside. I highly recommend this company.
