BC Tire & Complete Auto Service

Good service but changed their closing time without notifying customer. Had to Uber home and back as I work a few blocks away so I dropped off before work and was picking up after. Customer service was very apologetic the following morning at pick up but offered no compensation for funds spent on Uber ride nor inconvenience with child pick up or drop off issues this caused. Wish I was informed of earlier closing time. I would have left work sooner to make sure I got there in time. Overall I would return but only due to close to work convenience.

The customer service was downright unacceptable. The woman at the front desk was especially unprofessional and clearly lacks the basic training needed to deal with customers. She refused to honor the price they quoted me over the phone, which shows a complete disregard for honesty and accountability. They wasted my time, the gas I spent driving there, and any trust I might have had in their business. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I strongly discourage anyone from going there.

Phil, Alex, and the team at BC Tire always take car of me and my cars while always providing the highest quality of service at an unbeatable price! Ever since I found out about BC and the work they do, I haven’t been to a dealership in years. I added some pictures of my MDX which recently just got 4 new Pads, Rotors, and brake fluid for $1,000 which is half of what the dealer quoted me! I also got new struts installed with an oil change. From oil changes, to transmission services to even brakes and rotors, I always take all my cars to BC. If you located in middlesex county and need a reliable as well as affordable shop, look no further.

I've come here 4 times, all for fairly urgent blowouts and each time, the guys at B-C Tire have been nice, understanding, honest, and willing to work with me. This last time was the first time I met Frank and he was great! My car is now driving so smoothly and I feel like the next time it rains my commute won't be so scary. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill, it was an unexpected expense but I'm so relieved I'm able to afford it. I will definitely come back for a 5th time (just hopefully not too soon!)

Limped in to Edison location about a quarter to closing, was met with a smile and how can we help you, explained i was about to get on Parkway for my hour ride home when low tire sensor came on, they took it into shop, found problem, fixed tire and sent me in my way. Can't say enough good things about BC Tire, if you need tires or anything automotive, go see them, you won't be disappointed!!! Thanks for helping me out BC Chris Mooney
