I bought a very expensive machine from this company that was supposed to be delivered by Fedex freight. The machine showed up damaged and I contacted the company immediately to inform them of the situation. They initially informed me that they would ship out a new machine and take back the damaged machine and deal with Fedex on the damage claim. After waiting for over a week i called them and inquired as to when I would receive the new machine only to find out that they didn't ship it as they are now waiting for fedex to come and inspect the damaged machine. Fed ex was already a week late in delivering the machine and then I had to actually go to the warehouse and pick it up in order to keep from waiting any longer. I've been trying to get my alignment machine updated correctly for over a month. All I can get are excuses. I will not be buying another expensive machine here.
