Paid $37 for the Deluxe Wash, which was advertised to include interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and wiping of the dash and door jambs. None of that was done, clearly. The interior was completely untouched. Cup holders, door panels, and floor mats were still dirty and clearly not vacuumed or wiped. I was not looking for a detail experience, but I did expect the services that were advertised and that I paid for. Very disappointing and not worth the price. Never again. And please management don’t patronize me like you’ve done every other customer’s critical review here and tell me that it’s my job to tell your people how to do their job. That’s not how this works. Even a child could see for my pictures that the work done was not worth the second most expensive package.

The office staff were kind and professional. Whoever detailed my vehicle lacked attention to detail, wax was left on various parts of the vehicle, scratches on the door that weren't there before are now there, the wheel wells were not wiped down and crevices of door jams were not cleaned/ wiped down thoroughly. I ordered the bumper-to-bumper service specifically since I needed to ship my vehicle overseas. Friday evening however, I found myself cleaning door jams, wheel wells, gas cap area, and the area around the windshield wipers.

Not a very thorough car wash, had to re-wash it myself after spending $50. Big splatter, pet hair and dirt still remained. employees spend the whole time chit chatting and aren’t very focused on cleaning the cars. Lesson learned.

The console screen of my newly purchased Subaru ascent was Scratched after I had it cleaned here. I filled out an accident report after my vehicle was damaged and spoke with the manager, Greg John’s, But I never heard back after that. I admit, I didn’t follow up at the time because I had a lot going on and was dealing with a number of other priorities. However, I expected at least some response or attempt to resolve the issue after submitting the report and that didn’t happen. I think if you have a nice car, don’t take it here. I cried my eyes out when I saw the scratches because it’s a 2024 but it’s brand new to me.
