Huge shoutout to Tire Outlet in Jax Beach — they were literally the only shop willing to help me with my golf cart tires. I made an appointment, showed up, and was in and out quickly with great service the whole time. Super friendly staff, efficient process, and they didn’t treat a small job like it was a nuisance. Really appreciate their willingness to help when others wouldn’t. Highly recommend!
I had the BEST experience at Tire Outlet! Shaun was so helpful and friendly. He explained my inspection results thoroughly and gave me honest suggestions. I was even able to relax on the beach while my car was being serviced. I will most definitely be coming back for all my future services! Thank you!!
I always feel like I am getting a good deal, staff is always helpful and kind. Was given a cupcake one time I was there very sweet. I have never thought that they were trying to work on some bs to make me pay more and as a women with very basic mechanical knowledge I appreciate this. Been there about three times, I have gotten all my tires replaced and other times routine maintenance, all for a reasonable price I would not get anywhere else. I would recommend to others. Thank you for the help I appreciate it!
Great experience at tire outlet. They are so honest and Sean is amazing. When I when to pick up my car after work, it wasn’t done just yet so he called me a Uber and paid for it and the delivered my car to my home. Sean and all the staff at this tire outlet are always willing to help and go above and beyond for customer service. If you have a Jeep and it’s unreliable like mine because it’s a jeep - take it here. You won’t be disappointed and their prices are way cheaper than anywhere else at the beach.
I feel like it's really rare to have a great experience getting your car worked on! But, I brought my car in needing several repairs from tires to bearings. They Diagnosed everything and were very thorough, extremely friendly and positive, especially Shawn! They finished my car the same day and I highly recommend them.
