Wonderful experience with Beamer Tire in Kernersville. I was told exactly what was going on with my car. When I came to pick my car up, I was greeted with a smile. And he even started my car for me to warm up. I have found a new place to take my car. I’m very happy! Thank you for a great experience.

I found my wife's brake master cylinder leaking and took it there to drop it off on Monday morning after calling on Saturday. When they called back that afternoon they confirmed that the problem was the master cylinder and it needs replacement. The cost was going to be $904. I thought that was expensive and decided to do the work myself. When I returned to pick it up they charged me a diagnostic fee of $107, there was no diagnosis necessary. I told them the problem at drop-off, they were also trying to upsell me transaxle boots. I did not ask for that. I've taken several vehicles here and been satisfied, they were always above average on price but did good work. I have since priced the parts and supplies and can't understand their price. I will not return. Bad business practices.

Came in with a rattle in the front end. Tech took a test drive and was able to find the issue quickly. Had to order parts and leave the car overnight, but repair was done when promised. Rides like it's supposed to again. Would recommend Beamer to others and return if I need further work.

My check engine light came on recently, and my OnStar diagnostic indicated an issue with my engine cooling system. Instead of trekking to the Cadillac dealer in WS, I opted for a more local shop. My brother uses Beamer for his maintenance and repairs, so I hopped on the Beamer bandwagon and am glad I did. Not only did they resolve my check engine light (needed a new thermostat), but they also pointed out both my tires and battery were also showing its age, which I'll take care of in a future visit. Loved the text updates and my questions were answered and explained in detail ahead of the repaits being made.
