Bear's Port Town Tire

communication is crap. got quoted for an $800 install so I set an appointment. I realize sometime you run into issues, but they claimed the wiring harness I brought in was faulty and so they had to use one of their own, which they installed without asking me if maybe I had a different one to use- and then charged me an extra $600 when I got there to pick up the truck. Best part is, I tested my “faulty” harness when I got home and it works just fine. I won’t spend another penny there and I feel the need to discourage others from doing so- the install itself was great, they’ve got some good mechanics there- it’s just the part where they rip you off that gets to me.

I've been using this shop for the past 5 years. Spencer and John are the best in business, and the fellas in the shop never dissapoint either. I appreciate all they do, have done and will do. Thanks Guys!!!!

If dropping off a Penske truck, take pictures of everything such as fuel level and time returned. They charged me fuel when the tank was full. Luckily I had picture to show that after I left to get refund.

Rented a Penske truck and had a great experience. Staff were very transparent and helpful with the financing information and even upgraded my truck at no extra charge (due to my requested one being out of stock). Couldn't recommend them enough for their truck rental.

I enjoyed my experience purchasing from Bears. Working with Cody was a great. Cody is knowledgeable of the products offered at Bears and he listened to what I wanted. He showed me a few options available for what I was looking for. As well as showed me the bumper on display that I chose to get and what it would look like installed on the truck since an employee had one on their truck. I thought it would look sweet on mine and so did Cody. They were quite fast on getting the bumper to bears and installing it was fast too. I’m happy with the ranch hand heavy duty bumper I purchased.
