Traveling through area and vehicle broke down. So grateful we called Todd. He was amazing. He towed our Jeep Wrangler and fixed the transfer case with such speed to get us back on the road. Communication and knowledge and kindness were exceptional.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had recently bought a new to me car that was in need of some repairs. I happened to come in this shop for another reason and was greeted by professionals and treated very fairly. They were able to accommodate my needs same day by going above and beyond to get me back in the road. I will continue to use this shop while I’m stationed here!

I have taken my vehicles to Todd for the last 3 years. He and his team have always been very professional...prices always seem fair and they get the job done. I would highly recommend Beaufort Auto Repair and Towing to anyone needing to get work done on their vehicle.

PLEASE PLEASE READ!! Just because the price is cheap doesn’t mean it’s good.These people are shady as hell.They basically scammed me by fixing things that didn’t need to be fixed.My car literally was the same as how it first came there. I came in to fix my master cylinder then upsold me on a serpentine belt that wasn’t needed at all then they told me it could’ve been my ABS module and instead of checking and confirming they were like yeah lets just fix the thing they asked for and move them along.Starting a service I DID Not APPROVE just to tell me that bleeding the brakes manually didn’t do anything then using the machine.They stopped when i told them I did not want that service so now i paid $700 something just for my car to be sitting in their lot for 4 days while they twiddle their thu

old man at the counter extremely rude and unprofessional, can see why he has to charge predatory rates when people get impounded. wouldn't recommend for towing services or auto repairs especially seeing the other reviews of how they like to rip people off. thinks because he's older than dirt and "done it for 25 years" the rules don't apply to him.
