Had everything I needed in stock for the transmission fluid service.
2.5 hrs to change the oil and rotate tires for a scheduled appointment made the same day. Of course, the sales department seems it's ok to repeatedly attempt to contact you even being asked to be placed on the do not contact.
A big shout out to Gary Gonzales who made me very happy with my new Rav His salesmanship is not high pressured and he understands it’s a personal choice.
