Beaver Toyota St. Augustine Service Center

I came with my wife to have her vehicle (2020 RAV 4) brake fluid service today at 9am. She mentioned to the tech that the check engine light comes on. The tech stated that their is an issue with the flow shutoff valve and Toyota will replace free of charge. I asked the tech how long will it take for my vehicle to be ready for pickup and he said 3 hours. We left and came back three hours to check on the status and her vehicle had not even been looked at!!! THIS IS TOTALLY unacceptable!! Prior to Beaver Toyota moving to this new facility we were always kept informed either by text message or a direct call! Yes, the new state of the art facility is beautiful but the customer service is very disappointing!

Beaver Toyota has shown extremely poor service. Their customer attention is subpar, communication is almost nonexistent, and they promise referral rewards they never pay. You buy a car and they still delay paying your lender, causing extra interest that no one wants to take responsibility for. They offer no solutions, only excuses. I do not recommend them at all.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Beaver Toyota and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. While we waited, we enjoyed some Jelly Belly from the Jelly Belly bar and popcorn. Our salesman, Mike, was incredibly down-to-earth and genuine, making the entire process feel comfortable and relaxed. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure or sales tactics, which we really appreciated. A special shoutout to our finance guy, AJ, who was sweet and welcoming. He even made sure our 8-year-old felt included in the process, which meant a lot to us. The entire staff was friendly and genuine, making us feel welcome at every step. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer care, I highly recommend Beaver Toyota!

After our 2019 RAV4 Adventure was totaled in a crash here in St. Augustine we went looking for a replacement. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we started looking, which was a new RAV4 SE Hybrid. We met with salesman Jeremy Hicks whom answered all of our questions and after looking at available vehicles decided on a Windchill Pearl 2024 RAV4 XLE Hybrid Premium. Throughout the process Jeremy was professional, polite and knowledgeable about the product and helped broker an agreement on pricing that was acceptable for us. I recommend Beaver Toyota and salesman Jeremy Hicks when shopping for a new vehicle.

I was so disappointed this time, I came in for a tire rotation. I was there over an hour and I got sick of waiting, and my service advisor was nowhere in sight, not to mention I've never had the same advisor twice. I found my car outside finished. Olivia was extremely helpful in finding someone to help with the paperwork. He asked if anyone had gone over it with me, and of course, no one came to talk to me. I had issues with red that at least needed to be explained to me. I left disappointed and not sure what to do about my car. Needless to say, I'll be going somewhere else. I don't trust Beaver Toyota anymore.
