Becker's Body Shop

I have been a long-standing loyal customer of Becker’s body shop until recently when I found out that they do not stand behind their work. I had my front bumper repainted here out of pocket for around $600. I picked it up and I was told if I had any issues to give them a call or bring it over! Apparently, if I had any issues, he was just going to listen to me complain about them and not actually do anything about them or I wouldn’t have wasted my time to go back over. Maybe a month or so after I had the bumper painted I hit a cat driving around 25 miles an hour that put a small crack in the paint of the bumper. I was so upset about hitting the cat that I really didn’t think much about the bumper itself at the time.. a few weeks had gone by and a few runs through the car wash, and I realize

These guys are legends. Highly recommend them. They also have a pretty awesome shop dog.

I was referred to Beckers by Erie insurance company. I need major body work to my passenger side quarter panel. It took 12 days to fix and I couldn't ask for more. My car looks like brand new. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants excellent body work.

I was referred to them by Toyota for a bumper issue. They had to take it off to assess the issue and when they put it back on they set off a few sensors. When I called them about it they first told me to go to Toyota who said it would cost $500 to reset them. When I called these guys back they basically said "oh well this is the risk you take when doing this kinda job". This is a really unfair thing to say to someone because the bumper was just a minor cosmetic issue and if I knew about this risk then I would've never gone through with it. Customers should always be informed of the risks they take because now it'll cost me $500 to reset these sensors when they were NOT a problem before I took my car to these people. I'm just so disappointed because these guys seemed highly recommended.

The best body shop I've encountered...and I've used a few! Always excellent results and a good turnaround time. This is the body shop that car dealers use and I can see why. Been here at least 5 times and I'll definitely be back.
