I called ahead of time to see if I could get some information and Russo was really nice and charismatic. I got here and he was very polite and welcoming, he took my keys right away and the service was only an hour long to change my brakes. He was also very informative and showed me what was wrong, explained it and gave me options to save money or take care of it completely. Very honest and professional. Great service and a comfortable spacious waiting area with TV snacks and a water dispenser.
This location is awesome. I was on the drive from Virginia to northern PA to see family for Christmas when I had an issue with my tire. I called ahead to see if these guys could help, and Jordan assured me he could. When we arrived, we were seen right away. They quickly resolved the issue and were kind to my wife and kids while we waited. The communication was excellent, Jordan T was professional and kind and the office was clean and comfortable. 10/10 EXCELLENT
Names Gary. Bought tires here at a very good rate a month or two ago. I ran over a screw and was losing air. They took care of the problem no charge! (Mike took care of me) My brother been coming here for years. All the staff great! They also align at a good price but don't do shims. My new place for tires from now on
They wanted to charge me $800 for a shock and one tire. I took my vehicle for a second opion and it passed with no issues. Do not trust them. They try and upcharg e you for things that don't need replaced
On Saturday, my boyfriend and i were on 11/15 N and he must have drove over a 4 inch metal spike. Definitely not a nail. Upon noticing air pressure dropping and hissing, while we stopped at Weis, we quickly called the closest mechanics for help. They were thankfully open and the closest. We called and the men assuredly told us they could help and get us back on the road. I have never met such mechanics so happy to help us put a patch in the tire. So friendly, professional, and transparent. May God bless them. Their manager needs to give them a raise. They know what customer service is.
