By far the worst shop i have ever dealt with. Our truck was involved in a minor accident and another shop said the frame was slightly bent. Took to Becks and after 2.5 months of nothing being done I called and the clueless lady up front says "we were waiting on your approval" I had already told them to repair it as insurance is paying. My insurance company even called and gave approval. Once that happened and insurance got involved then a whole list of things is now wrong with the truck. Which if you read other reviews is a common thing with these low lifes. Still now after 4 months of having my truck nothing has been done. Went today to pickup since they wont answer my calls and the owner starts cussing and saying we are committing insurance fraud. HAHA. Now they claim I owe 672 for the

Be very cautious if you bring your vehicle here. I recently took my Dodge 4500 in for an alignment and was told that several parts were worn out and needed replacing. They quoted me over $5,400 for the repairs. Something didn’t feel right, so I went to Choice Tire for a second opinion. They did a proper inspection, charged me $95, and confirmed that the parts in question were in good working condition. It’s extremely disappointing to feel misled—especially on such a large repair bill. I appreciate shops that are honest and transparent, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major work at this location.

They were unable to fix my truck because parts were unavailable for it but I will say overall they tried their best and we're honest about everything. They ended up not charging me anything which I was kind of surprised because I'm sure it took them time and money to try it to get it fixed. I would recommend people to use them I just wouldn't use something too old like my P30 2000 is

If you ever need truck work done in the Winston-Salem, Greensboro N.C. Area I recommend Becks Frame and Alignments. I have been using Becks now for around four years, PRIOR to that I used other large truck facilities and was disappointed. Becks offers more them just Wheel and Alignments.. call them and see if they can help You! All the staff and management from Joan and her Husband Raymond, David and Steve and all the other folks that work here really do take pride in their work. They are friendly and professional. They do make mistakes but admit it when it happens and will correct without charge or blame. I RARELY give 5 stars but these folks really do go above and beyond.

They may be pretty good at auto or truck repair but the experience we’ve had with our Unifirst 53ft roll up door trailer has not been a pleasant one. We’ve been taking a trailer there for 2 yrs for the same abs light issue and it’s never stayed off more than 35 miles. Took same trailer there for an air leak and a young mechanic there came out to look at it as soon as we were unhooking from trailer and thought it was airbag! I told him the airbags exhaust air when unhooking, which when we got trailer back 2 days later, come to find out they replaced airbag anyway and we still had air leak! 🤦‍♂️! Took same trailer there over a week ago for a Door cable curb side, which is a hour labor according to crowley and we still haven’t gotten the trailer back! So definitely wouldn’t recommend trai
