These guys are tremendous, fair and trustworthy. My vehicle runs better that when I bought it. I will not ever take any of my vehicles to another place, ever. If you in the tri cities area, this IS the place to go !!

STAY AWAY!!! Had vehicle for a month but never even looked at it. Called on Wednesday 8/13/2025, Brian answered and explained my issue to him. He said to get it to the shop on Monday and they would look at it. Had it towed there on Monday 8/18/2025 at 10am. Brian called to confirm it was my vehicle that was dropped off and he would get to it that week. Never heard anything so I called the next Monday on 8/18. It took 3 calls before he answered and told me they have not had time to look at it but they would that week. Called every day that week totalling 7 times and finally got an answer on Friday 8/22 and he said they have been busy and have not looked at it still. I did not want to bug him too much and waited until 9/5 to check in. After 3 calls, I got in touch and sure enough, too busy t

Brian did a excellent job on a transmission issue I had and also spotted other issues that would have been another devastating breakdown. Thank you Brian. Fast service as well and pricing is very acceptable

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I will not pass the recommendation on. My husband had his car towed there 3 weeks ago. We have not heard from anyone. They won't respond to calls or texts. When they do "answer" and you inquire, they will hang up and reject your next calls. This was mentioned in another review too. My husband will be going there tomorrow to see about the issue in person. He will be requesting a refund for the tow bill both ways since service has not been provided. If not resolved, we will report to BBB.

Great group of guys ! Had some advanced issues . Expertise helped me save money and hold on to a used car. Big deal in 2026 !! Glad I found them .
