The team is super nice, they installed a tire to the rim for free for me in the early morning September 9, 2026
no issues with mechanics. Front office, on the other hand - a man in his 40s told me flatly - we won't work on your car. It was so bizarre and random - a shop down the road apologized to me for them. On a different day - different gent - while fixing the underlying problem - pushed a battery replacement, at 4 times the cost of the new part, which lasted under 1 year. Unbeknownst to him, I had equipment at home to validate the battery health in all conditions, but being held in the situation went ahead. I now have ptsd from these interactions. Go south of this place, and there are plenty of decent shops compared to this one. Why does AAA send us there is a mystery.
Great to work with! Honest business that went over and above to make sure my F150 was repaired correctly. They even picked up and dropped the car back for me! Would definitely recommend and will use in the future for my company's vehicles service and repairs! Shout out to Richard for being easy to work with and accomodationg!
Came in from bc truck was having serious leak. These guys went out of their way to diagnose and help us provided us oil and coolant free of charge. Super friendly. Highly recommend these guys.
Reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent service. I've always felt great about the interactions I've had this the people at this shop. They charge a normal, not exorbitant but not cheap, amount for their work, but they give you a really thorough run-down, and they know their stuff. My husband does most of our car maintenance and repair with, but every once in a while something needs doing that is either not something we have the tools for, or just far more difficult than we anticipated (usually "because Volkswagen" 😜), and when we need to take it somewhere, we know these guys will steer us right. Worth your time and money. Good people who do good, quality work, with good communication and friendliness. 😊
