Bel-Aire Used Car Rentals

Rented from them twice. Car had roaches in it. Othe rtham that. They are good on prices.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Bel-Aire Car Rentals, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. What truly sets Bel-Aire apart is their outstanding customer service. From the moment I made my booking, the team at Bel-Aire was friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. They patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Picking up the car was quick and easy, and the staff took the time to ensure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off. Throughout my rental period, I felt confident that if I needed anything, the Bel-Aire team would be there to assist. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly evident in every interaction. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth, with frien

Horrible service. I spent over 1k with these people just for them to come get the car because oh a late payment. They normally are much nicer but today wasn’t okay. They don’t care about how many dollar you spend with them.

Just rent from Turo instead! Better cars and much cheaper‼️💯 The customer service was not very good here. I called on the phone and asked about renting a car, I set up the same day to come pick up the car but when I got to the counter a different man told me "We don't hold cars" in the most rude way, which should have been told to me over the phone call but wasn't. Make sure you have full coverage because they only have so many cars for liability. I was due to go on a family trip so my mother opted to buy a rental car with her full coverage but he then refused to rent it to her and she told him she would be driving. We almost missed our trip because of this. Only reason I gave 1 Star is because they don't have deposits. Hope they get some better help.

These guys are just super!!! They have taken care of me for over three weeks! Their cars are safe and reliable and clean!! I recommend taking advantage of their great weekly discount🤑 Bel-Aire is the only car rental place I would prefer to use in the future!!!
