Belington Car Wash

The machines will eat your tokens/quarters and double charge your credit card. Essentially taking your money 3 out of 5 times. I’ve been here multiple times and the general quality gets worse each time. (Not gonna use this car wash again) Water smells like sewage and there’s never anyone working there to refund your coins or tokens. I’ve left notes with my number and email concerning lost funds/condition of broken machines, but was never contacted.

Token machine but no machine for quarters even though the vacuums and dispensers take quarters. That makes no sense. The vacuums will jam the quarters and then you are out the money. No attendant. No number. Trash and mud everywhere. No trash cans.

I mean, it's a car wash. There is one thing I'm confused by, and it's why do they use tokens? I understand that the bays use them, but the vacuums don't. Seriously it's crazy you have to have six quarters for the vacuum and use tokens for the wash.

I guess I'll need to contest the charge on my credit card. I paid $7 for wash, and it didn't do anything when we drove in. There are no numbers posted to call even though it was posted an attendant should be on duty AWFUL!! They deserve no stars!!
