I was contacted after my car was towed they were well aware i would not be able to pay. Eventually they contacted the DMV and due to a misunderstanding did not hear that my legal name was indeed who the tags were registered to only hearing my middle and last name. As a result their employee yelled at me in text to 'Be honest to get far in life' absolutely horrid experience. They contacted my mother after looking up her number who lives in another state and threatened to press charges against her because of them misunderstanding the DMV. The employee responsible for this horrid behavior and interaction is Jason as far as I have been told.

I just wanted to say, as a parent, I’m thankful that my daughter was able to be towed and taken to this shop. The mechanic fixed the car on a Sunday. Explained things to them and showed them what they were talking about and did not overcharge them at all. If your car breaks down this is the place to go. Thank you guys so much

Found ourselves with a broken brake fluid line 4 hours from home. Called half a dozen different places after midnight and got a call back from them in just under an hour. Jason towed us to the shop, and he and James opened up for us at 9 am on Sunday (the day they are closed) and worked till our car was fixed and we were back on the road after 11:30. They were super friendly: explained everything to us and even showed us the damage and how to avoid it in the future, and even helped us undo some damage from previous poor work. Offered us food and drinks, nice places to see in the area. If you need any maintenance done, scheduled or otherwise, this is one of the best I’ve been too so far. Say hello to the boys and the shop cat, Honey.

Very good people! They help where they can, in helping you get your vehicles back on the road! They work with you very well! I will personally be returning with every mechanical issue that comes up! They are going to be my forever mechanic shop!

Nice business the workers are nice and everything is good about this place my mom said it took about 15 minutes for my car oil change so it’s a good business
