Not my local dealer but heard good things about them online. I decided to order accessories for my new Lexus from Bell N Scottsdale. Due to the new car model and part numbers there was a slight mix up. I ended up receiving parts for a different trim level that did not fit mine. I contacted Dan and he was great to work with. They remedied the error quickly - just in time for my road trip out West. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again. They have earned a customer for life!
