I have brought my car to Bell Transmission for about two years now. And why I am writing this review, is because every time "my problems" were always taken on by this garage as their own. They seem to be one of the few garages that takes extreme pride in how they treat people. This is not some shop that simply takes your money and tries to fix your problem. I feel each pours alot of themselves into the job they do and work incredibly hard for you to ensure you have a safe vehicle. They don't overpromise things and they tell it to you straight. When I first started coming here I didnt know them but now, they are a group of individuals who thrive off honest work and doing an excellent job repairing your vehicle problems - and truly caring about you. Great prices and excellent service!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. My car sat there for almost 3 weeks with absolutely no progress, despite being told repeatedly that it would be looked at the next day. Had to have it moved to another shop. Would never return or recommend the place. New shop did a great job and had the issue fixed in under a week.

I just wanted to let everyone know what an amazing place this is. Our van broke down during ragbrai and they were able to get us right in and diagnose our problem, they ordered the parts and fixed our van and got us on the way as quick as they possibly could. Fast, good work, and cheap. Most places only offer 2 out of the 3 but you get it all here! Great customer service as well, all smiles and positive attitudes. I won't take my car anywhere else!
