I've used MS solely for alignments for both of our Priuses. I've had 4 total appointments over the span of a couple years. Following each appointment I had to take the cars back in at least twice to get them redone as they were still pulling one way or the other. They eventually got it more aligned but it never felt 100%. The last one I had done was in june, again having to make two extra visits. I recently discovered the front two (new in April, rotated) tires on my wife's car were completely worn on the outside tread. Thankfully the garage refunded me the latest alignment fee, but it's hard to give a higher rating given the continued extra visits and subsequent need for new tires.

Horrible all around. Went there to get a tire fixed and they did not show me at all where the leak was or tell me what was wrong with it. They said the guy who worked on it was busy and it got fixed and that is all I needed to know. Worse of all, my horn worked when I dropped it off. I know this because I locked my car and it did the honk noise like it always does. Then I noticed when I got home after getting it fixed that the honk feature did not work. I tried the horn and it did not work. I called to asked them and told them the situation and and if they can look at it. They got angry like I was accusing them and said they did not break it. I politely told them that I just was wondering if something they accidentally did caused it to not work because it was perfectly fine before I droppe

I can tell you I use this company for all my vehicles. Jared and his guys are the best in the business. He always quotes and calls and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking for great service and an honest business , this is 100 percent the place.

One of the hardest things in life is finding a good honest mechanic. Main Street is that and very reasonable and fair pricing. Update: a few years later and they are as rock solid as ever. Still the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. I hope they're around as long as I'm still able to own and drive a vehicle! Update: still the best!!!

Walked right up the other day to get a tire fixed and Trevor set right to work. He took his time and shared some of his young expertise with me. In and out in half an hour. And I was right back to work with my truck. Jared and crew will take good care of you... especially if your car is on the Fritz!
