Belle Tire

After having a terrible experience at a locally owned tire shop that supposedly “treats you like family” and came highly recommended, I took my money to Belle Tire. BT treated me with respect and kindness that the other place couldn’t do. It doesn’t matter if they are a chain, what matters is how the workers treat their customers. Thank you, Belle Tire. I will be returning again!

I have mixed feelings about my experience here. While the staff and mechanic was extremely supportive, polite, and honest, they didn’t fix my truck. I came into Belle Tire in October 2025 to have a list of things replaced on my front driver side. After spending $1,517 the same issue has continued. I take it back in and the mechanic test drove it, heard how bad it sounded in the front but after lifting it up and checking, he was unable to determine what the problem was or where the noise is coming from. While I appreciate that he didn’t make up a list of things and he was honest about not knowing the exact issue, he referred me to another shop. Noble, the manager who was working, did a fantastic job in helping me resolve an issue I had with a different belle tire location. They were helpful and valued my time. 100% recommend

They are so nice and helpful! I took my car in for some tires without an appointment, but they were able to still get my car done quickly. I definitely recommend them.

I came to belle tire in auburn to get a tire change, walk in and the man at the desk tells me he doesn’t have my appointment, looked and I went to the wrong belle tire, he said no problem he will squeeze me in and get me back on the road! No bettter customer service, thank you
