They had a used vehicle with low miles for it's year model. The specific make and model is a favorite of mine therefore I was pretty sold prior to hitting the lot. Test driving the car didn't open any glaring concerns or worry. Aside from an alignment and needing to get a spare key cut then programmed, the car is wonderful. Jack, the GM, was upfront and no nonsense.

Bought a vehicle from them yesterday. I had been looking for weeks, and finally asked my trusted mechanic if he knew where else I should look. He recommended Mike at Sanderson. I called Mike and told him I was on my way. Mike and Ron greeted me and I was looking at two great cars before I knew it. Went back next day to test drive them, and they had vehicles warmed up and ready to go. They are very transparent about pricing. Mike, Ron and Jack were professional, courteous, and always seemed willing to answer questions or just help! I would highly recommend Sanderson! Do yourself a favor and take the stress out of buying! What an excellent experience! Our Expedition was just as advertised, provided free car fax & Jack was a great salesperson, especially at 8:00 am on Saturday! Mike in finance gave us a very fair trade-in value &, as promised, there were zero surprise fees added at the end. By the way, we were in & out within an hour! Much easier than my prior experiences with car dealers. Thanks guys!!!

After being in the automotive industry as a technician for over forty years , you know who you can trust, and Sanderson’s is that place. I have personally bought several cars there over the years. They are honest with no pressure and don’t try to tact on a bunch of extras. I always refer my friends and customer who are needing a new vehicle to them.
