Belle Tire

I was tasked to put 4 new skins on my lovely wife's Subaru. I went to Belle Tire and Ethan provided me a no nonsense sales approach and I decided on Michelin Defenders. I also had them replace a couple fog lights and a rear window wiper blade. The whole cost out the door was less than $1200. If you see my last review of my experience after being a loyal customer at Don Owen Tire for over two decades, I can honestly say the difference was night and day. The experience at Belle Tire is one that they don't take your business for granted. They actually listen, understand and VALUE your patronage. DO NOT GO HERE. The first time I went here I waited over 2 hours, with an appointment, to get 1 tire put on. I had the tire and appointment booked online. The staff said that they were experiencing a lot of turn-over and short staffed. Either way, not an excuse that is acceptable for customer retention. Especially when I was given 0 updates throughout the process. She then said that they would give me a discount for waiting. That discount was literally the coupon you can get off the website. Gross. This was in January 2026.I came back this week and a staff member said that I had 3 dry-rot tires and 1 that was going bad. The 1 she said was going bad was the one that they replaced 2 weeks ago. Absolutely love this location! I went to have a slow leaking tire checked. I made an appointment via their online portal. I got right in once I arrived. The team member who worked with me explained everything and was super friendly. Turns out it wasn't my tire - it was my tire valve stem that was leaking. They replaced the stem and had me out of the shop in about 45 minutes. And when I was driving away, I noticed a coupon for 20% off my next visit in my ashtray. FANTASTIC experience all around! Great shop! Great staff! Great customer service! I highly recommend this location. Fast, friendly, trustworthy, and honest! I will be using them for all my future tire needs!!! I came in because all 4 tire sensors were good but I had 3 other shops that could not get my light off and message flashing on my dashboard for almost a year, but now I'm trying to sell my car, I brought it to Belle tire because I was referred by CAR X, I came over an a young guy named Taylor spent some time on it, and was able to get the light off finally after others couldn't, I was so excited and Still he didn't charge me a dime to do it, I was Very Impressed. Everything was great at this store. The people were friendly and the store was clean and the price was good. The only issue was that I was scheduled at 10:30 and I walked out at 12:45 pm. I was there for 4 tires to be replaced. Glad I didn`t work until 3:30. I figured since the original online order didn`t go through right, they just moved me to the next day(which I appreciate) which backed everyone appointment up. I`ll be going back there for future services. I`m sure it was a one off.
