Belle Tire

Came here on 12/12/2025 because my tire came off the rim while driving after not driving it for a few months. They were so sweet and fixed it right up without even charging me for it. I was out the door in minutes. I really appreciated that especially during the holidays. 1/24/2026 We had a set of tires ordered over the phone from here and set an appointment to have them installed the very next day. They were very accommodating with getting us in fast again when we had to reschedule short notice. We were in somewhat of a time crunch trying to make it to Bloomington and back before the "big winter storm". There was a small issue with two of our lug nuts needing replaced. I ordered tires online through the Belle Tire website. I scheduled an appointment to have them installed on Thursday afternoon. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the tires never came in. No one called me prior to my arrival to tell me that my appointment needed to be changed. I rescheduled and came in again. I waited an hour past my appointment time in the store only to be told that the tires which Belle Tire told me would fit weren’t the right size. I had to purchase other tires which more expensive than the originals. I would not recommend this store.

We just cannot recommend this place at all. It has nothing to do with the employees. It has everything to do with the quality of product the business is selling. We purchased four new tires ($790) for our minivan from Belle Tire and had them installed bu Belle Tire on April 8 2024 (17 months ago). These are listed on the invoice as 80k mile tires. We had the van aligned after the install at the place they suggested. We have driven the van about 36k miles since then. Two of the tires are bald. Not wore down. Not a little smooth. BALD. The other two tires have only a little remaining tread. We don't drive crazy. We don't go through crazy road environments (it's a minivan). We went into a different tire shop. They thought the same thing we did; maybe the alignment is bad and caused the accel

The guys at Belle Tire in Decatur are awesome. I moved here recently and bought a new Jeep 2 months ago. The tire had a slow leak and they were able to get me in over my lunch break and fix it for free. When we need any tire service on any of our vehicles this will be where we go. Thank you!

We had the best experience today at Belle Tire in Decatur Illinois. My daughter and I were on our way to lunch and my dash all the sudden said I had 25 PSI in my rear passenger tire. I immediately thought where is the nearest tire shop Belle Tire was 2 blocks away so I headed there. We made it just in time had 13PSI when I parked. We made our way in the store and were greeted immediately by Edwin. I told home what had happened and he got us in and fixed in less than an hour. He came out to the waiting area to tell me they were done and my car was ready and he handed me a receipt I asked where to pay and he said the flat repair was free of charge. I had no idea they didn’t charge for flat repair what a blessing.
