Trevor, Tyler, and team do a tremendous job. Even with as busy as this shop is, I was given the time of day from the staff for our new tire purchase and alignment for my wife's car and all of my questions were well answered. That level of service, being a Michelin dealer, tires in stock with same day install and long service hours, and the educator discount is what won our business. Who knew you should use the tire pressure on the door and not on the tire. I would absolutely recommend and would purchase here again. Remarkably clean, inviting, and well appointed waiting room. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely!

They are simply the best. They are strait up the only place i will go for tires. On top of the work i had done i asked them to check my brakes and they told me im good for like 6 more months. Also while I was there a lady had a noise from her brakes and it was a small rock that got stuck in the brakes they checked it removed it and didn't even charge her. But why i will alway come here is i needed 4 tires a few years ago and could only afford 2 so they actually lowered the price and sent me with 4 tires for the price of 2 to save me a trip and an install fee later.

UPDATE: I didn’t want to name names, but after this experience I feel it’s necessary. The store manager, Josh, called me to question my review. That was honestly just as pointless as the original visit. A phone call doesn’t give me my time back. It doesn’t change the fact that my car was left on a lift for over an hour with an empty store. All it did was waste more of my time, which seems to be a recurring theme here. Instead of questioning customers for being frustrated, maybe focus on fixing the actual issue — efficiency and communication. At this point, the follow-up was just as unproductive as the service itself. Absolutely ridiculous experience at Belle Tire. There was one other customer in the entire store, yet my car sat on the lift for over an hour for something that should take

Trevor is incredible. If this man is not the manager, he needs to be. He speaks well and maintains outstanding customer service the entire time you are there. I observed him picking up multiple phone calls (at the same time), running around the lobby with a sense of urgency, and going above and beyond for other customers (myself included as I was sent from a different Belle). Give this man a raise. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation more bearable.

Great discounts and they do walk-ins. Demeanor in the shop is comfortable and no one gives you attitude even though you can tell the shop was backed up and understaffed. Special shoutout to Trevor at the front desk in taking every customer encounter with grace and humility.
