⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Belle Tire thanks to Jason Linnabary! His customer service was truly EXCELLENT from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and worked with me to find the best options within my budget. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and kind in this line of work. I’m honestly blessed to have been helped by a soul like his. Jason is the reason I’ll continue coming back!! HIGHLY recommend!

Tony and Cody (I think that is his name he had a beard and glasses) are very helpful and on top of things! They were able to get me in before closing on Saturday to figure out what was wrong with my tires after being serviced at a different location. I had a very bad experience at the other location and I knew that Jackson would figure it out. My family and I have been going to this location for 10+ years.

I very much appreciate Jason and his team at Belle Tire in Jackson. Came in today for a brake flush as i was concern the pedal was going down kind of far....and it has been a good 4 years since my last flush. Anthony did a FANTASTIC job with the brake flush, the pedal is firm again, brakes feel brand new! Thank you Jason, Logan, Anthony and Steve!!! I appreciate you guys! Cheers! ML

Worst experience ever encountered at any car service facility. Dropped a vehicle off for a tire repair (screw in tire) and an oil change. Told rep at desk that the car wasnt needed the remainder of the day and if it had to wait a bit, that was fine. Guess they took that to a whole new level because 24 hours later, we still hadn't heard anything about the car. I called and asked about it and was told "oh, its done, it was finished yesterday" ok...so why was there no call made? I proceeded to ask what the cost was and was told "the tires are under warranty, theres nothing charge for the patch" when I asked how much the oil change was he replied "what oil change?" Probably the absolute worst experience I've ever had with belle tire. Little to no communication, constantly being told different wait times. If I call when the initial writer isn't around I can't get an answer about the status of my car. Wrong parts being ordered twice. Was quoted one price over the phone and given another up charged price in person. And after a week of waiting and $700 later the problem is still not fixed after being assured that they had fixed the problem the first time, drove it for 15 minutes the problem still persisted. Second fix they assured me again no problem and still went as far as to say the tech drove it for 30 minutes with no issue. I drove it for 20 minutes and the problem was still occurring.
