Belle Tire

I had a bubble in my tire from the amazing michigan roads we have. I got there at 440pm Monday. Thete was a tech on his ohone when I walked in then seen me and said someone will be right with you then pretended to be on the computer and I waited 5 minutes before the another guy came out about 5 minutes later just to tel me we dont have time to do that repair since we are short staffed. Clear they just didn't want to do anything so close to closing time. I understand that I showed up close to close but I couldn't drive anywhere since I had a bubble in my tire and I just had surgery so I couldn't put on my doughnut myself just a bad experience here never had an experience like this at a bell tire. I wont be back here. Definitely should close this location or restaff this loca

My car’s front left tire was loosing air. Brought it to Belle Tire, Plymouth road, Livonia. They diagnosed the leak and fixed it as a courtesy. All associates were helpful and courteous. They also gave me an estimate for a new tire incase patch did not work. Great service! Any of my car tires, as and when need any service, Belle Tire on Plymouth road, Livonia is the place to go.

Dropped off my car at 10:30 am to have a tire pressure sensor installed on one tire. They said it would be a couple hours. At 3 pm I called about the car/tire. It hadn’t even been brought into the shop. “Your’s is next in line to be brought in” 4 1/2 hours later. At 4:00 pm, 5 1/2 hours later it still is not done. At 5 pm I had my son drive me to the shop to get the car whether it was done or not. They hadn’t gotten to it. They lied to me at 10:30 am, lied to me when I called at 3 pm. LIARS! I got a refund and took the car. I don’t tolerate being lied to.

Against my normal judgment, I sent a friend to the nearest tire store which happened to be this Bell Tire. She had a piece of metal sticking out of her tire and was quickly losing air. The staff was not interested in making the repairs and sent her on her way. I then advised her to go to the nearest Discount Tire as they will always make an attempt to repair a tire for free. Discount actually delivered on this and repaired her tire for free in about 15 minutes. Discount tire just earned a customer for life. Bell Tire, what would you expect if your family member had an emergency with a flat tire?

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Plymouth Road Belle Tire. I purchased a tire along with the full installation package (mounting, balancing, valve stem, etc.). Within just two weeks, the tire developed a slow leak. I removed the tire myself, took it back to the store, and they confirmed it was leaking from the valve stem they had installed. While I appreciate that they replaced the valve, the real issue came afterward. When I asked to bring my vehicle in to swap the repaired tire with my spare, I was told the next available appointment was five days away. I’m now expected to drive on my spare for nearly a week for a 5-minute job that AAA did in less time! This kind of scheduling and lack of customer priority—especially after buying both the tire and installation from
