The owner is wonderful. I had a bad experience after purchasing a car with several issues and being sent by a warranty company to a shop that claimed nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I had persistent noises and a bad feeling. I took it to JD's late in the evening and he had my car repaired perfectly the next day. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He took pictures of all broken parts to help me resubmit to the warranty company. As someone who has been taken advantage of by car repair places before, I am going to recommend everyone to JD's, as I immediately felt at ease, and trusted him to give me honest and fair repairs. Absolutely go here. Wonderful place and human. Update, the owner also helped me get my claim covered by the warranty company by speaking to them himself. C

Couldn’t recommend this place more. VERY reasonable prices. Solid communication. Transparency throughout. Will not try to sell you services you don’t need. Had brakes replaced, horn replacement, and exhaust repair done here, all was done within a few short hours and for a great price. Will absolutely go back the next time we need service. Very highly recommend.

Dave and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive, gave me prompt updates, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was very reasonable, and I appreciated the extra step of calling me on my way home just to make sure the car was running right. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the experience and will absolutely return for future service.

I ended up here through a recommendation from a guy in an oil shop. As far as I'm concerned, both Dave and the gentleman who recommended him are heaven sent! Let me explain: I have had my 2010 Jeep serviced at several different mechanic shops over the years but would bounce around so much because I would eventually end up feeling like they were trying to get over on me by finding WAY more problems than what I brought the car in for or I would feel like they didn't really know what they were doing because I would have to get my "repairs" repaired. Dave at JD's Auto Repair in one of the best in this area. The experience was excellent, the work professional and the service was second to none. Dave was great at communicating with me about the needs of my car, asked questions about other issues he noticed and gained a better understanding of the work that needed to be done and even sent pictures of parts and other damaged areas.
